Shipping Policy

1. Shipping coverage

Fiksora ships worldwide from our fulfilment partners in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and China. We currently deliver to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and more than 40 other regions. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact support@fiksora.com and we’ll try to add it.

3. Order processing time

All in-stock items leave the warehouse within 24 hours (Mon – Sat). Orders placed after 14:00 GMT+3 or on public holidays ship the next business day.

*Times exclude customs delays. Rural addresses may require extra transit time.

5. Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also log into My Account → Orders to view live status.

6. Order modifications & cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Email support@fiksora.com within one hour of purchase to cancel or change an order.
  • After dispatch: We’re unable to reroute packages, but you can return eligible items within 30 days—see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Policy updates

We may update this shipping policy at any time to reflect carrier pricing or regulatory changes. Revisions take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
