Return Conditions

  • Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Refund Time: Processed within 3 business days after inspection
  • Shipping Costs for Returns:
    • Defective / wrong item – Fiksora pays return shipping
    • Change-of-mind – Buyer pays return shipping

Delivery-Day Return Policy

The 30-day window starts on the delivery day, not the order date. If carrier delays shorten your inspection time, contact us and we’ll extend the window.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalised or engraved products
  • Opened hygiene items (earbuds, underwear, beauty tools)
  • Digital goods and gift cards

International Returns

We accept returns from all countries we ship to, provided the item meets the conditions above. Choose a tracked service and mark the parcel “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional customs duties.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@fiksora.com with your order number, photos (if defective), and reason.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 h with an RMA number and a prepaid label (if eligible).
  3. Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the label. Keep the tracking receipt until refund is issued.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email support@fiksora.com within 1 hour of placing the order. After dispatch, please follow the standard returns process.
