How Our Delivery Works

Fiksora partners with Aramex, DHL Express, FedEx Priority and EMS to deliver your orders safely and on schedule. All parcels include tracking and require a signature on delivery (or OTP where applicable).

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • In-stock items: Ship within 24 h (Mon – Sat)
  • Custom / pre-order items: 3-5 business-day handling
  • Orders placed after 14:00 GMT+3 or on public holidays ship the next business day

Tracking Your Parcel

A tracking link is emailed automatically once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also log into My Account → Orders to view live status. Tracking may take up to 24 h to populate after label creation.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

  • Carriers make up to two delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel is held at the local depot for 5 days.
  • If uncollected, it returns to Fiksora and we issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
  • Please use a daytime address where someone can sign or leave clear gate instructions during checkout.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO boxes inside Saudi Arabia via Aramex. International PO boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses are not supported due to carrier restrictions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU & UK orders ship on a DDP (Duties Paid) basis—no additional fees on arrival. All other regions ship DAP (Delivered at Place); your local customs office may contact you for import charges.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If the package arrives damaged, note it with the courier and photograph the exterior before opening.
  • Report lost or damaged items to support@fiksora.com within 48 h so we can file a carrier claim.
