Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes in the destination country. These charges:

• Are the responsibility of the customer
• Vary by country and product value
• Are determined by your local customs office

Recommendation: Check with your local customs office before placing your order to estimate potential additional costs.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Timeframe: 14 days from delivery date for most products
• Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Process: Contact our support team at returns@fiksora.com with your order number and reason for return
• EU Customers: 14-day return window as required by EU consumer protection laws

Refunds

Our refund process is simple and transparent:

• Inspection upon receipt of returned items
• Notification of refund status within 3 business days
• Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees non-refundable except in cases of our error

Exchanges

We happily replace items when:
