How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

Log in to your Fiksora account and go to "My Orders" to initiate a return request. Alternatively, contact our support team at returns@fiksora.com with your order number.

Get Return Authorization

We'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 24 hours. Do not ship without an RA number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the completed return form (emailed with your RA number).

Ship Your Return

Ship your return using the carrier specified in your instructions. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe

Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Postmark date determines eligibility.

Packaging

Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached. Items must be in new, unused condition.

Proof of Purchase

Include your order number or packing slip. Returns without proof of purchase may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, intimate apparel, software, and perishables cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 24-48 hours after processing
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days after processing

Important Refund Information:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange
  • You are responsible for shipping costs both ways
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return package, we typically process returns within 3 business days. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your refund is processed.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fiksora.com with photos of the damage. We will send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Can I return an international order?

Yes, our 30-day return policy applies to international orders. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service and declaring the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees.
